Believe NJ enables skills and potential development for intellectually challenged youths, where the latter are equipped with F&B work-based skills for employability. Moreover to allow these youths integrate back into community living, Believe NJ focuses on international community outreach and development.
Our youths have been involved with community projects, which are seen as community outreach initiatives. It would seem that the intellectually challenged youths are taking small steps; nevertheless it's a big leap for them to mingle around with the social community.
Professional support and assistance from psychologists and counselors is present to aid the intellectually challenged youths in their journey. Research and developmental work involving the intellectually challenged youths is our initiative to improve and evolve our existing model.
